This sweet girl had a bit of a late start getting to her newborn session, but that’s okay! Sometimes things come up and babies aren’t able to make it for their newborn session until a little later than what is the “norm”. Sweet Stella’s momma requested pinks and yellows with sunflowers mixed in, so I made sure to give her just that in the small details of this session.

Her dad’s request was that we use his military uniform for a couple shots so we did that too! I always love to incorporate items from home that are important to the family.

My most favorite part about newborn sessions lately has been the family portion. Seeing families with their beautiful brand new babies, and capturing the bond they share is so heartwarming. Creating memories for my clients to look back on is the very reason I love newborn photography! I mean just look at that sweet smile in the image of her with her momma. I would love to have an image like that to look back on of my son and me.
